SR Parcel runs this parcel tracking site for online stores. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use it. Questions: support@srparcel.com.

Tracking details: the tracking number you enter, the parcel's delivery updates and where it is being delivered to, such as a city or country. These pages don't show your name or your full address.

Technical data: your IP address and basic browser information, which are needed to deliver the page and keep the site secure.

Emails you send us: your address and whatever you write, so we can reply.

These pages set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising tools. We don't sell personal data.

The store you bought from holds your order, payment and contact details and decides how they are used, so its own privacy policy covers them. For anything about your order, contact the store.

We use Cloudflare to host the site, and tracking data providers and delivery carriers to get the delivery updates. They receive only what they need to do that, and some of them may process data outside your country.

We keep tracking records for 12 months after a number is first searched, then delete them automatically.

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@srparcel.com. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your data protection authority.
